Nightscar

One of Steven Stapleton's masterpieces. In its own ways it's a hypnotic suggestion, and with repeated listens deafens you to all preconceptions of experiments in droneology - it's not just random noise folks. If this was an abstract of mythology from the Norse realm it would be Odin. One-eyed, wisdom beyond mortal understanding and with a dark and foreboding omniscience that keeps the creatures before the rainbow.

Nirad

Possibly Stapleton's crowning achievement and one of my favorite NWW releases. I picked up this 3LP set at the ripe old age of 19(at Chicago's "The Quaker Goes Deaf" record shop - RIP) and proceeded to have my head blown away. An absolutely essential classic of dark ambient / drone music. 10/10!
