I felt this was a big letdown - very uneven and occasionally very dated (#2). I also dislike immensely the sound of the piano keys when he plays. Listened to it three times already, and I can't find much positive to say about this. The very first Frahm recording I dislike...

Not a helpful review dude. I find this to be his most diverse, accomplished and well rounded album.

This album is quickly shooting to one of my favorites of this year. Every sound on this record is made from scratch with real analogue instruments as credited by Nils on the album. You can tell a lot of care and hard work went into each track. The Packaging to the deluxe vinyl record is also a love letter to the vinyl community and again I appreciate the care that went into this. The album grabbed me from the 1st listen and has some unique sounds and in my opinion is a modern work of art and should go down as a classic

Great album. His most mature work by far. I always felt Nils kind of plodded through his previous works as if trying to find himself in his music, great though they all are. With this album it sounds like he's more aware of his artistic style and uses it confidently. I'm seeing him perform next week and can't wait for the show.Highly recommended..
