This is a tricky one. Both a 33 and a 45 were released as 12 inch single, both with the same 880 659-1 catalog number.

I just noticed that in the photos that are provided here, the jacket clearly states 45 RPM. My copy does not. Also, my copy is not the blue Mercury label on the EP itself. The one I have is a black Mercury label, and that does not say 45 or 33 RPM either. Interesting. There is, in small print, Phonogram Ltd. (London) written on the back side of the jacket, directly in the middle at the very bottom, At the far left on the bottom the Mercury logo is present, and at the far right is says "Manufactured and Marketed by Polygram Records. I almost wonder if this is a promo copy, however there are no markings to say as such.
