1988 3"CD with long snap-pack folder. 'Hippy Hippy Shake' was featured in the Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, 'Cocktail', starring Tom Cruise. The song was originally recorded by the songwriter, Stan Romero, when he was just 17 years of age and later recorded as a hit single by the UK 1960's group, The Swinging Blue Jeans. It was also covered by The Beatles the UK pop/glam group Mud. The track in the film 'Cocktail' was covered by The Georgia Satellites. The cover artwork features a photo of Tom Cruise in s scene from the film and the reverse of the snap-pack features artists and film bio. in Japanese and song lyrics in both English and in Japanese.
The songwriter of 'Hippy Hippy Shake', Stan Romero, is misprinted on the reverse of the snap-pack as 'Stan Romeo'. The songwriter of Track 2, Rick Richards, is misprinted as 'Rick Richarad'.
