Second of two promo pressings (first pressing released 23 March 1964).

The first pressings: have blue bracket logos and the words "PROMOTIONAL COPY" in blue below the logos on the left and right sides of the center hole and black print above and below the center hole. Side-2 title "ASK ME WHY" is on 2 lines.

The second pressing is similar to the first issue with "PROMOTIONAL COPY" appearing in blue below the blue brackets logos on the left and right sides of the center hole and black print above and below the center hole. There are two variations.
Type-1: lists "Side I" and "Side II" and has "ASK ME WHY" in much larger and bolder print than the other titles.
Type-2: lists "Side 1" and "Side 2" and has "ASK ME WHY" in much larger and bolder print than the other titles.
These promos were most often issued without covers.
