There is a mistake on the label. There is written that catalog number is "Д-0001383-4", but actually number is "ГД-0001383-4" first letter Г means that it's a flexi disk matrix. In 60-s in USSR sometimes flexi matrixes (only very popular records) were used not only to press flexies, but a vinyl also. I.e. there were flexies and vinyl pressed from same matrixes. I don't have the same record, but I have another release (another factory). To be sure 100% I took a catalog of Melodia records and found that number 1383, actually "Д-01383" belongs to LP (not EP or small LP) and is a record of Shostakovich Symphony #5 by and was recorded in 1953.
