Notes

Tracks 1 & 2 were recorded and mixed at SNP Studios near Washington DC during the Spring of 1995. Released as a self titled 7" on Yuletide Records from Millersville, Pennsylvania.

Track 3 was recorded at SNP Studios during the Spring of 1995. Vocally recorded and mixed during the winter of 1995 at Clay Creek Studios in Newark, Delaware. Released as a split 7" with Anonymous from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Planaria Recordings from Washington DC.

Tracks 4 to 7 were recorded at SRA Studios in Scotch Plains, New Jersey during the Summer of 1994. Mixed at The Big Heifer Studios in Baltimore, Maryland during the Summer of 1994. Originally released as a demo cassette on Planaria Recordings.
