Everything about this version of Violator is wrong. The cover is wrong, one song is missing, the tracklist is wrong (and it doesn't match the listing on vinyl itself, which is pretty funny), the sound quality on side 1 is terrible. It's like they wanted to make the worst version possible, and succeeded.

They just wanted to make this as fast and cheap as possible. I don't think quality was important. You shouldn't forget that these LPs were cheap when new, and pirates obviously just wanted to stuff the hungry market and get their cash. Sometimes at least artwork was interestingly changed for additional collectability (Led Zeppelin LPs by AnTrop for example), but more often than not they just used what was available at that moment for both artwork and source recording...
