- On A side, rights society and running time come before publisher at lower left
NOTE: Copies on Verve Records were pressed between renaming of Verve Folkways as Verve Forecast in mid-1967 and label sheet blanks with newly renamed label logohead on top first supplied to printers that handled label copy for MGM and its sublabels
