I found the vocal recently it's off a sample cd by AMG - Black II Black Killer Vocals so wouldn't need clearing.

Benno de Goeij was very prolific in 1998/1999 and most of the tracks released on ITWT in these very early stages on the fledgling label's release rota were his compositions. Perhaps only Richard Van Dongen, Geert Huinink and Alco Lammers have served the label so dedicatedly. I Know is a nice track lasting for over 8 minutes. From 1.54 I can detect a melody that became commonplace in Benno de Goeij's tracks from here on in. The kind of melody that made C Sharp (ITWT 310-5) so famous later in 1999, as well as the epic Airwave released under the Rank 1 moniker. "I know you love me too" I notice that vocalists were used exceedingly sparingly in the early days of trance, and I imagine this must be so that they were paid cheaper and costing the record labels less in royalties further down the line. While this may seem like useful business acumen, it does rather negate the effectiveness of vocalists in trance. The effect seems slightly forced on I Know, and this was also the case on de Goeij's earlier work on Turn Me On Now (ITWT 301-5). Why not just leave the track as an instrumental? Freeze is standard B-Side fare, I'm afraid. A much shorter track than I Know, Freeze comes to a breakdown at around the 2.15 mark. What I foundmost likeable about Freeze was the background noises reminiscent of frosty winds blowing past our ears during the interlude in between breakdowns, all the while accompanied by an eerie melody. And yes, there was a second breakdown at 4.50 in this track, which must be a De Goeij trademark!
