Croatian's brightest hardcore meets punk rock clique Debeli Precjednik / Fat President are back again, this time with their third full length effort "Through The Eyes Of The Innocent". No matter how many punk records you have in your collection, or how many hardcore shows you witnessed, once you hear this album you will feel like a novice, slack-jawed, as if it's the first punk album you have ever heard. Just think of the blasting power and emotions Boy Sets Fire have to offer and a good old punk rock spirit Hot Water Music dole out and spice it all up with Descendents' charm and atmosphere and you might get a lil picture of what Debeli Precjednik / Fat President's latest album is all about. There is more to Debeli Precjednik / Fat President than this amazing album though. What you need to do is to make sure to see their high-voltage live performance which leaves some of the most startling left behind glowing trails in the world of the hardcore and punk performances. Debeli Precjednik / Fat President formed in 1993 as a four piece. The band's first official release was 1996's "self titled" 7" on "Dirty Old Town", followed by "Rat (Her) Burnt His Record", a debut full length released through the same label. Debeli Precjednik / Fat President then hit the road, and hailed through the Europe as a meteor shower outshining the moon. The release of the next EP titled "Tribute To Zli Farmeri" was a solid bridge that led the band to the sophomore album titled "Fist From The East". "Fist From The East" was released in 2003 through "Double Penetration Records". Debeli Precjednik / Fat President recorded the follow up titled "Through The Eyes Of The Innocent" in Kozmo Studios. This time they spent summer, fall and winter of 2005 recording their material and the result is bright, vivid and outstanding album equipped with finest beats, melodies and shadow-casting vocals. The album will be proudly released through Moonlee Records in June 2006.
