Comments:
Manazar
Almost unbelievably intense and well-constructed art. Just a tower of brilliant weirdness.

Cae
On the back of the American CD case (#400070) someone misspelled the word "DEICIDE" so it reads "THAT'LL BE THE DECIDE". Way to ruin a good joke.

ᴜɴɪᴄᴏʀɴ
Perhaps this was a deliberate misspelling by a US fundamentalist Christian who balked at 'deicide'?

showtime
Although he got into a whole raft of trouble for it, and ultimately dumped from Island records, this is easily his best album. An inventive and provoking album simply on a musical level. Perhaps "The Tower" is a bit of a duffer, but if you think of it as a Jim Morrison pastiche, it kind of works. There's a strong Krautrock influence and tone is dark and intense for the most part. "Know" is a powerhouse of a song with an epic climax. By far and away it's his most sophisticated and controlled burst of song writing which does away with some of the boring excess he would indulge in on subsequent releases.
