There is some (indirect) prove for the existence; see:www.popsike.com and use search-button for 'yes looking around'. You can find a first result of a copy that was probably sold on Ebay between 18 september 2012 (start bidding) and 25 september 2012 (end bidding). That means that someone must have won this single and that it exists. See picture attached to the site plus the message below it about the soundclip of the B-side 'everydays'.Furthermore there is a discography from Yes by Tim Joseph which was - I think - published in Record Collector in 1986; the UK-release was mentioned there (release-date october 1969) with added UK collectors mint value of 9 english pounds (!). In addition there is a non-official German discography of Yes plus solo in the form of a series of 13 articles (52 pages) written in German by Stefan Oswald. Probably published in period 1995-1996. He also mentions this UK-release.

This 7-inch UK-release Yes 'Looking Around/Everydays' was released in october 1969 under label-number Atlantic 584298. However in the same month there was another 7-inch UK-release with the identical Atlantic label-number 584298: Big Bertha feat. Ace Kefford 'This World's An Apple' (see Discogs under artistname 'Big Bertha').An earlier UK-single of Yes in july 1969, namely 'Sweetness/Something's Coming' (label-number 584280), only sold 500 copies. Perhaps the following Yes-single 'Looking Around' was quickly withdrawn after newly disappointing sales, and by mistake or on purpose the same label-number was used for the Big Bertha-release later that month. Naturally any other explanation is welcome!
