The sample from Obama's campaign speech does not lend itself to Voorn's production. While the crowd's chant of "yes we can!" is quite powerful, Obama's voice sounds extremely awkward in the original mix. Without any vocalizations, the instrumental sounds flat. If the production simply included the crowd's chants, without the speech, this could have been a good track. Regardless of politics, this record just sounds awkward.
