"Body Heat" is by far a superior song to Fockewulf 190's other release, "Gitano". While both songs are beyond excellent, it's the final 2 minutes of "Body Heat" in which we hear a lush, hard-driven italo disco beat with a sax layered into the background without the vocals of Fred Ventura. It's in this 2 minute instrumental portion of the song that I consider a defining moment of the true, authentic sound of early italo disco sound. Don't get me wrong, "Gitano" is also a powerhouse of a song. If you like both songs by Fockewulf 190, then don't spend another minute waiting - check out "Tumidanda" by Frank Tavaglione, which is yet another awesome production by Fockewulf 190. All three songs are A++, no doubt in the mind of many italo lovers!

A very dark Italo Disco release. Melancholy, sweeping synths, New Beat style vocals from Ventura, hard edged rhythm patterns and spitting sax. Perfect. 'Hey you take a look at me!'
