I've tested two different CDs (of the same catalog/label; R2 78185) and both times I found a little skip around 4:58~4:59 of track 6. When tested and copied in EAC 0.99, they didn't have any CRC mismatches or suspicious positions either. I guess this is an error in the pressing?

I have the Australian CD on the EQ label and there is no skip at that spot, so it must be that US CD release only.

My copy of that pressing has the skip at the same exact point. I think your guess is accurate.
