From liner notes: "The term "Dub Plate" is used to describe the very exclusive vinyl played by DJ's in the UK. It is the most upfront music a DJ can get his hands on before it is available to the public. Dub Plates are generally exclusive to only a few DJ's as a means of promoting record companies. Some of these "Dub Plates" never make it to the record shops as they are produced as 'DJ Exclusive Only'".
