Mine is muffled as well, poor production I thought. I really hope the whole new LP is not that way.

its on my copy also. i think thats the sound he was going for. caught a listening party of his new album and the whole album sounds that way, so its certainly intentional. even the youtube/spotify/digital download that came with the 7 inch sounds this way.
