After the accident, Ted was awarded hand prostheses, advanced for its time, but today we can easily see what trouble they must have entailed. Daily chores such as brushing teeth, cooking and making cheese became considerably more difficult with guitars instead of hands. Ted's jungle-cloth may be perceived as daring or even offensive, but it was never his intention. The guitars simply made flying clothes changes very difficult.His eternal screaming could not be blamed on the prostheses, but can be seen as a logical consequence of that Ted was a hard bastard who rarely subdued him.
