Plain white center labels with band name & speed written on each, with # out of 500 on one side.
Sleeve is plain black with (red & black ink silk-screened onto) gray cardstock glued to each side.
His Hero Is Gone side plays at 45rpm, Uranus side plays at 33rpm.

We ordered 500, but got something like 600 if I remember right, and numbered them accordingly. So, yes, 508/500 is real.Then there was a second press of 500 with red labels, I think."
