This claims to be a promo-only release on Chill Factor Records, but was actually an under-the-counter release on Silent. The catalog number is in the CD's matrix ring. The false label and "Not for commercial sale" / "For promotional use only" on the booklet were intended to insulate Silent against being sued for unlicensed tracks in the mix -- a strategy that reportedly failed. 1000 copies were pressed.
