I have my mint copy of this 3-LP box set (Z3X 31390, Fillmore Records), but I have no memory of any "ticket" -- I have the poster, booklet, and 7-inch, but again, no ticket.

Yup, I got a ticket with mine as well. Mint. Soundtrack still sounds so good.

Original Fillmore West concert ticket was included in the package. At the time of issue, they still had plenty of them! A variety of shows were used.
