Notes on the artwork of this release:
1. The artwork on the label has both sides of the single reel listed as "Side 1" and "Side 2", however the back of the box shows the vinyl albums listing in "Side 1", "Side 2", "Side 3" and "Side 4".
2. Tape label & box says the issue number is "W2-FS-1019".
3. Tape Label claims speed is 7.5 IPS while box claims 3 3/4 IPS on front and spine. I cannot check my copy, I do not have a reel to reel player but 3 3/4 IPS is the correct speed for this release.
4. Box has MTD MASTER DUPLICATION FOUR TRACK sticker on front
