I possess the original Man From Wareika LP in NM condition so I could compare it easily with this release. I'm now thinking about selling my original LP. They did a TRULY great job with this CD release. Notably because they didn't use the usual loudness war oriented mastering techniques (judging by the waveforms in an audio editor).The source used was probably the master tapes themselves (or at least digital files sourced from them) as the Wareika Dub also has great sound quality, this was certainly not the case on some past releases.Now Caroline International did put out lesser quality reissues but this one and the 4 albums Gladiators CD release are good. I noticed some strange noises here and there on the Gladiators but I don't have all the LPs to compare. I only did it with an EX copy of Naturality LP and the original also had same noises at the same spots.
