Notes

Edition of 16 test presses housed in a frosted HDPE inner poly sleeve. The sleeve is die cut on one side, which forms an open circle around the A-Side Center Label.

The A-side center label is stamped with, "test pressing," and, "dw __ __ of __." The stamped language font is consistent with the font style displayed in the Deathwish logo. The release number, "57" is hand-written above the first underscore. The second underscore contains a unique hand-written number. Finally, the number, "15" is hand-written above the third and final underscore, indicating the total amount of tests.

However, it is worth noting that the Deathwish pressing data reflects a total of 16 tests.

The Test Press is released with the same generic gatefold jacket that accompanies the production run releases.

The catalog number of this release can be found in the language present in the lower left corner on the back of the jacket — This is DWI57
