In a player, during 'all play' the concert tracks are numbered one higher than listed, due to physical track 1 being the brief (unlisted) production logo sequence.

On the back cover tracklisting, Track 18 is listed as "Roadrunner" but in fact another round of the Track 1 title "There'll Always Be An England" plays over the closing credits. Track 19, "Roadrunner," is accessible only from the 'set list' portion of the menu, which shows the track sequence as listed here.
