The back cover erroneously does not mention track A4, which is "Cousin Mary", written by John Coltrane. The track does however appear on the label of side 1 [see images].

On the labels, the writers credits only mention last names, but on the back cover, the song writers' names appear as first and last name and have been submitted accordingly. On the cover, the name of Buddy DeFranco consistently appears as "Buddy de Franco".
