Recorded at Fireplace Studios, Marlborough Farms, and Stratosphere Sound Feb-June 2008. Mastered at Salt Mastering.

Comes in a jewel case with additional protective cardboard slip jacket. While it might look identically to the US version, this European version actually has a different artwork, both for the cardboard slip jacket and the 6 page folded inlet. The inlet here also made on thicker offset paper and with a different fold.
