Hot Dance Music of Oct. 11, 1928 to May 12, 1930

FACTS AND OBSERVATIONS: Eddie Miller of Bob Crosby fame, is the clarinetist on the Julie Wintz side. Don McCarter takes the trumpet solo, and the fine Teagarden-ish trombone is played by the late Chuck Preble, later featured with Harry James in the 40's I.A.J.R.C. member Jim Gordan personally interviewed or corresponded with Eddie Miller & Horace Diaz, who both verified the soloists and personnel of the Wintz band.
