Comes in a zip-up plastic bag with a stapled front/back cover.

All tracks were produced by the members of now defunct horror movies forum. Track submissions was opened just a week before Halloween. The cassette was given for free to all forum members, who had more than 666 posts. Others could trade it for a rare movie or download the tracks in the official DC++ hub, but without the intros/outros at the beginning/end of the cassette.
