Complete gig recorded live at the Clarendon Hotel, London, December 17th, 1984.
Support bands were The Joy Of Life and In The Nursery.
The original gig was planned for December 7th (as stated on the flyers), 1984, but due to the ticket demand the gig was played 10 days later to have a bigger hall at the Clarendon.

The date is wrong (listed as 11.12.1984), and the release is looking like a fake NER release (fake BAD VC CD 3 catalog number, fake title "The Guilty Have No Past(e)").

The correct setlist performed that evening was :

The three first songs on the CD are the real last three ones, as we can clearly hear the same audience noise after "The Calling" and before "She Said Destroy". The generated tape used by the producer was probably taken from a 60m tape, with 30m of the gig on the side A, and 15m on the side B (the master was probably taped on the side A of a 90m tape). An error occured, and the tracks on side B were included... before the tracks on side A.
The audience noise after "Last Farewell" is mixed with the backing tape intro before "Rain Of Despair".
