The title of this track is a dutch colloqial translation of "old fanny muscles"

Eb Vamp:
During the 1994 Spring tour with Ike Willis,
we opened the show with this vamp a few times.
It was an untitled theme that the 1978 Zappa band used occasionally
as an opener.

Recorded in Frankfurt 1992 from a Midnight show during
the Yellow Shark premeire. The venue had once been world famous as a jazz club,
Michael got the vibe and took us there! Video shot by Roy Stringer.

Wayco:
The Spring 1995 band was fairly free at times, bless it!
Featuring Wayco on synth and Jimmy Carl and Rhino on drum sets.
