This is correct. Furthermore, if you take a look at the label, it reads at the bottom 'MCMCXIII' = roman numeral for 1993.

Although the original Core/Breakin' Up is an all-time classic of darkness that could not be escaped during the Summer of 93, the remix is an equally worthy excursion into twisting breaks, deep chords and heavy basslines. The Jonny Jungle mix is absolutely typical of Pascal's style at that time, whilst Neil Trix adds a dubby feel and creates a workout guaranteed to work off the Sunday Roast - a dreamy intro gives away to a full-on drums assault. On the flip, the changing sound of late 93 hardcore is in evidence - and both Breakin' Up and The Future are early examples of the so-called 'intelligent jungle' sound that Bukem, Nookie and Blame were really pushing, whilst the rest of the scene lurched towards ragga-jungle.
