Comes in plain white cover with two large sheets pasted on each side.
On the cover it is written "Live in Stockholm, Sweden 1980" but it is most probably recorded during 1979.

Also doubt this was released in 1980 as it has the design from the spellbound single cover, so the earliest this could've been released would be 1981

I've got a white sleeve version of this bootleg LP entitled: "Siouxsie And The BansheesRecorded Live In Paris"with the same insert "band picture"Cat number on the record: STRAWB RECORDS 001 It was recorded at Le Palace in Paris 11th february of 1979.

Also, Sioux speaks in French to the Audience between songs, which wouldn#t make any sense if it was Stockholm.
