This LP is commonly referred to as a Vertical Slit release. It is credited to "Jim Shepard" on the front cover, "James Michael Shepard I" on the center labels. "This is a Vertical Slit Production" is printed on the back cover. Reportedly limited 100 copies, all of which were given away by Jim Shepard personally.
