One ultimately hilarious, masterpiece collection of aerobic exercises from Yugoslavia's cult actress - the one and only, Milena Dravić. The way these exercises are presented, in certain parts accentuating "intensity" including fake exhale sounds in the mix, all add to the sheer comedy of an aerobics expert sitting in the studio behind the control desk (with the exception of a convincing pose on the cassette cover), instructing the listener with the exercises programme - which, in case anyone ever tried to follow it, probably caused dizziness rather than feeling fit.The choice of music is also set to perfect match, especially when you notice some of the song selections responding to certain exercises step further into parody - Steve Miller Band's "Abracadabra" for "Struk" (meaning: Waist), The Truth's "It's Gonna Take a Miracle" for "Smirivanje" (meaning: "Calming down") and most especially Imagination's "Just An Illusion" for "Stražnjični mišići" (meaning: "Buttocks").Sadly there is a language barrier involved here but even those not familiar with Serbo-Croatian will find this an interesting and ultimately funny listening. For those exploring the trashy side of Yugoslavian 80s (music), this is a must!
