Prime Minister is a Sacramento, California rap artist who joined forces with Bay Area's legendary group RBL POSSE in the 90's. Together they helped bridge the Sacramento/Bay Area rap scene. By forming coalition rap groups such as The Right Way Militia he has managed to make waves and set trends with his unorthodox rap style. He is one of the few Sacramento rap artists to go nationwide and reach international Hip Hop markets abroad. He has featured on over 60 different projects, including Hit Man's H20 album, Black C's City of Gods, JT's Mandatory Business, RBL Posse's Hostile Takeover, Sacramento Kings I & II, Taydatay's From the Bay to Sac, Sac Town's Most Wanted, along with many others. His solo projects are, Prime Minister's No Compromise and The World Aint Enough. In 2015 he released another solo album, "Prime Minister is Hector Hernandez" in stores now.
