Black vinyl. Fourth record is one-sided.

Records come housed in a thick book with some gloss overlays on the outer slip-sleeve cover. Certain pages act as sleeves for the records. Each band represents one of the Seven Deadly Sins, and there are some added pages on a different paper color at the end of the book with extensive texts from some of the bands commenting on religion.

Tracks D2 & D3 are missing from the tracklist on the back of the box but are included in the liner notes and on the record itself.
