All though this release is hand numbered in an edition of 20, only 12 copies were ever produced.
This release came in three different color cases; orange, blue and purple.

Bittersweetcandycoated is one of the strongest releases I have heard from Nkondi; unfortunately it is also one of his most limited. A criticism that I have with many of the artist's other releases are the exhausting play lengths. Nkondi releases can clock near 70+ minutes with material which very rarely wavers from a relentless assault. I believe the limitation of the 3" format compliments Nkondi well. Hopefully this release will be reissued someday for those who wish to hear it.
