Never in picture sleeve, but it usually comes in a generic black inner sleeve. The record plays from the inside out.

According to Barry Knoedl, who was involved with Beatbad Records (owned by the late Bill Kern): "300 copies were ordered in clear vinyl. The record plant mistakenly began the run in red. They [the red ones] were distributed to members of the band and among the staff. The original 300 were made for sale at a live performance by the Psychotic Frogs at a club called My Father's Place, in Roslyn, NY."

Approx 25 were pressed on red. It is unknown if this is on top of 300 clear ones, or part of the 300 (i.e. 275 were pressed on clear vinyl).
