With the success of the first edition only released just over half a year ago, Release Sustain the east london imprint strikes back with the second installation of it's compilation series, 'Deepest London'. Once again compiled with an eclectic selection of unique tracks by a range of blooming artists with various musical backgrounds.

Deepest London Vol. 2 begins with a soothing opener ' e dancer' by Gabbi Lopez; a track which works it's micro-grooves and bleeps that emerge through a dimmed pad and grounds the track to it's own unique style.

Following the late-night commencer, comes Mikolai's 'Blimp.' Whether you feel it as a cruiser or groover, either for the dance floor,or as a musical 'piece' to be listened off it gives way to working it's simplicity of percussions and a hint of the soft synth to keep your feet and feelings moving.

Deadecho debuts on RS with 'Achilles' a deep track, featuring vocals by Moo. A steady track with piano works and a little message to remind us that making music is nothing but a labour of love.

The compilation takes a slight turn with 'Pimien Toes' from Carlo, a so-called modern house track, with happy marimbas lifting your spirits to keep your shoulders shaking.

Bearight hits back with a slow-groover "Ferns," which features Jubilé on the sax; A cinematic track which reminds you of crispy winter mornings, walking in the park with the sun beaming through the swaying trees.

Kozber's 'When i'm leaving' hits you with instant nostalgic vibes, composed of delicate raw cuts, lovely combination of sounds that make up the percussive elements; all wrapped up in a ribbon of beautiful melodies.

Tony Bar's "Ta Peau" takes you to another level of dreaminess, but unlike in real dreams which tend to be vaguely remembered, this one is vividly crisp and clear. It's the perfect combination of dreamy synths that are layered with crispy percussive elements and well use of reverb on the vocal samples that creates this laid back atmosphere.

Magic making sound designer Suso Flores brings a treat to the compilation with a hazy track 'ravensbourne' which consists of synths that take you back to the days when we heard Boards of Canada for the first time; but only to be reinvented in Suso's very own style, switching up the speed of his percussive elements and grounding is own unique melodies and sounds.

It's really not so hard to guess where Boris Castro comes from. His ethnical sounding track 'La Peninsula' takes it's own shine in this compilation, with the ghostly woodwinds and the tribal drum works, that makes the track stand out from the standard tracks we hear today.

berlin techno producer Yappac debuts on RS with a stomper-track titled 'Russian Bar,' once a home to the label crew. His strength in this particular track lies in the ideas, with dubby baselines, shuffling beats, and epic breakdowns; definitely to be smashed on the floor.

Also debuting on RS is one of Brickbeat's most exciting new artists Unai Trotti. His track titled 'Entre Encias' is a speedy one that should keep your feet moving on the floor; And with the dubby elements and euphoric strings, this one is clearly a late-night jam to sway your body and close your eyes to.

Dubmaster Ben Rourke closes the second series of the compilation with a straight-bangster, 'Transition'. Simple and steady during the first half, but quickly takes a turn with a beautifully crafted dub-loop and makes it's way into a peak time groover.

Deepest London Vol. 2 is a truly versatile compilation which brings together tracks that are driven by emotion and quality of production in equal contradiction as the different musical backgrounds brought by the artists mentioned before. The collection of tracks flows harmoniously and are perfect for the living room listeners, but also suitable for the booty shaking club goers and dance music enthusiasts
