part 1: these improvisations were done as the source material for a long-term project. i sat in my backyard, plugged in and played. the gaps in between selections reflect the actual flow. i cut out the few seconds here and there of ambient sound and string noise between pieces.

all the improvs were recorded with two mics on an amp, into the mixer into ableton live with minimal processing (reverb).
