This is the theme from the "Anime" computer game series ひぐらしのなく頃に- Higurashi no naku koroni. (When They Cry)
The Limited Edition CD has an Insert/Booklet with the lyrics for both vocal tracks (Track 1 is in English, track 2 is in Japanese) and a heavy stock trading multicolor "Cahdo" Card of 園崎 魅音(Mion Sonozaki), who is one of the characters. There are two "obi," or advertising inserts, for other Anime CD's that were released in 2006.
