This is a European press imitating the US original. This press has minor differences in the layout of the text on the labels. To imitate the US press this one also has scratchings in the run-out area. There are three portions that are scratched but only one of them actually has text (MPO) that has been scratched over. A closer look shows that the other two are just scratchings without any text under. This one also has superscript 1's in the run-out that the original lacks.
