"In December 2012 I made a recording of myself swinging a plastic tube around my head. I liked the sound. It was majestic. A few months later I decided to sample the recording and make a song from it. Magiske Rør is a project concerned with taking a singular recording of a sound and making a set of songs solely from that sound. The album has a vague dream like mood to it and was made so that the sound I recorded can live on in many different musical forms. The programming and ideas are purposely basic and transient.
