"Recorded in London in November, 1928, on master numbers CC14759 to 14768, and first issued by H.M.V. on record numbers DB 1223 to 1227 inclusive.

"Transferred to L.P. in Paris in 1957 on master numbers 2XEA10121 and 10122. First issue on this transfer in September 1957 on record number COLH29 in the " Gravures Illustres " series in France. Issued in England in May, 1958, in the " Great Recordings of the Century " series. Re-mastered for Worlld Record Club, 1974.
