how rare is this 1969 release? in desperate need of a reissue.

One of the USA's major label ultra-rarities consisting of melodic, often melancholic, & predominantly bittersweet pop tunes of heartbreak, misadventure & missed opportunity, that at times, manage to shift seemlessly (within a matter of 12 or so bars) from optimistic & upbeat to hopelessness & despair. Warm and harmonious male & female vocals abound, while on the other hand there is a total lack of any instrumental substance. Fans of extended jamming & wild, snarling guitar soli will be sorely disappointed, as this is an entirely lightweight pop thang.
