There is no text on the front cover, but there are two stickers on shrink. One sticker states "Contains language which may be unsuitable for some listeners" and a second one shows the band logo and record title.

Promo copies have a golden promo stamp printed on the front cover and the stickers pasted directly on the sleeve instead of on the shrink wrap.
