London's Ganbatte is a fledgling label intent on peddling party-friendly disco edit confections and the shady Nicko Edits fits this profile perfectly. Here we get four fun romps, dancefloor frolics if you will: "The Winner" takes an evergreen Hot Chocolate classic of a similar name and adds some eccentric lo-fo synth melodies over the top and a thumping, almost body music groove underneath. "Tiger (Tigerboost mix)" shamelessly gives Eye Of The Tiger an acid house makeover, "Clean Laundry" reworks an obscure Don Henley yacht rock gem and "Have I Mixed It Wrong?" ends with a superb Balearic take on UB40!
