"The tracks on this work were compiled from live tapes performed from 1993 to 1995. Some of them were from before the band owned a soundboard, and as a result are direct recordings from a microphone on the stage. If you hear excessive noise on Light Fuse or Set The Sun, your CD is not defective and your stereo isn't broken. It just wound up sounding like that." [booklet]

This is a Dream Theater bootleg disguised as an album by a cover band. This was necessary because the discs were pressed at a US pressing plant which wouldn't press bootlegs.

The tracks "Get Funky", "The Ytse Jam" and "Moonbubbles/Showdown" are instrumental.

A noble effort, but seriously falters in the execution. As even the description acknowledges, the quality is bad. Just about all of these tracks have persistent noise and crackling. A Fortune In Lies seems a little better than the rest, but still has some noise. Track 9 is also a mislabel. It's an arrangement of To Live Forever which was played on the Music In Progress Tour in late '93 which has an extended solo section for Petrucci, and Barfbag at the end. Moonbubbles was a Myung/Petrucci jam played only in 1992 as far as I know, and Showdown was an early instrumental version of Raise The Knife played in 1995.
